🍓 Strawberry Collagen Matcha Latte Recipe (Iced)

This refreshing latte combines antioxidant-rich matcha, sweet strawberries, and skin-supporting collagen for a deliciously functional drink that fuels your glow from the inside out.

✨ Ingredients:
Strawberry Layer:

1/2 cup fresh strawberries (or frozen, thawed)

1–2 tsp honey, maple syrup or stevia (to taste)

2 tbsp water
Matcha Layer:

1 tsp ceremonial-grade matcha powder
-
2 oz hot water (not boiling, about 175°F)

1 scoop unflavored collagen powder
Milk Layer:

1/2 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, or dairy)

Ice cubes
🍵 Instructions:

Make the Strawberry Purée:
Blend strawberries, honey, and water until smooth. Pour into the bottom of a glass. -
Prepare the Matcha + Collagen:
In a bowl, whisk the matcha with hot water until frothy.
Add 1 scoop of collagen powder and whisk again until fully dissolved. -
Assemble the Latte:
Add ice to your glass with the strawberry purée.
Pour in your milk, then top with the matcha-collagen blend.
