At Inner Zen Life, we want you to feel good about every part of your wellness journey including your shopping experience with us! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products (consumables like matcha, teas, and supplements), we do not accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to make it right!


Refunds

If your order qualifies for a refund:

  • We will issue it to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and follow our refund process (if eligible).


How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at hello@innerzenlife.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue (if damaged/defective), and a brief description.

  3. Our customer care team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Inner Zen Life is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked “delivered.” Please ensure your delivery address is secure. If you need help filing a claim with the carrier, we’re happy to assist.
